Information Automatically Collected

Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

All personal information processed using our AI Products is handled in line with this Privacy Notice and our agreement with third parties.

We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as necessary, or as required by law. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it.

We aim to protect your personal information through appropriate organizational and technical security measures.

Despite our safeguards, no electronic transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

Upon termination, we will deactivate or delete your account from our active databases, though we may retain some information to prevent fraud or comply with legal requirements.

11. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. If a standard is adopted in the future, we will inform you in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

California law requires us to let you know how we respond to DNT signals. Because there is currently no industry or legal standard for recognizing DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.
